About Me

I am an executive leader with more than 25 years of experience working across the four core frames of business — marketing & communications, sales & development, human resources, and finance. I’ve partnered with organizations ranging from $350,000 to $90,000,000 in annual budgets, which gives me a rare, practical perspective on scaling operations and implementing best practices that work in both lean and complex environments.

 

My career blends strategic vision with hands-on operational execution: developing growth-oriented marketing and sales strategies, building high-performing people systems, and aligning financial discipline with mission-driven priorities. That cross-functional fluency enables me to design pragmatic solutions that balance short-term results with long-term resilience.

 

Academically, I completed my bachelor’s degree at Western Connecticut State University after beginning my studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and earned a master’s degree from Harvard University. I currently serve as a guest lecturer and advisor on leadership and crisis management at the University of Tennessee, where I share real-world insights with the next generation of leaders.
